bombarded day and night

毎日の様に諸君達は米軍の砲車を受けている絶間なく砲弾に惱まさられている為少しもねる事が出来ない不安は多く砲弾は悪魔の様に諸君等を見出して殺し弾幕射車ごとに戦友が戦死して行くのを諸君達は見ている。

Every day you are bombarded by the U.S. military, and because you are constantly bombarded by shells, you are anxious and unable to sleep at all.

父母妻子を思い米軍の方へ歩きそして手厚い待遇を受けて將来日本新政府の為に生きましよ。

Think of your parents, wives, and children, and walk toward the U.S. military, where you will be treated well and live for the new government of Japan under new leadership.
