軍首脳部は度重なる惨敗を遂に隠し被せず国民各自の家屋を防衛陣地として国土防衛の責任を国民に転嫁しようとしている。

日本々土に対する米軍の総攻撃が開始されれば日本国民が幾ら頑強に防戦しようとしても、その機会さえ与えられないでしょう。
