去る十月十四日のラヂオ放送において日本の評論家が栗原海軍大佐の声明を引用して日本軍は台湾を襲った米国大艦隊に莫大なる損害を與えました。

In a radio broadcast on October 14, a Japanese pundit quoted Navy Captain Kurihara as saying that the Japanese forces inflicted enormous damage on the large U.S. fleet that attacked Taiwan.

然しそれにも拘はらずアメリカは将来において日本を爆撃するかも知れないと申しました。

Nevertheless, he said that the U.S. might bomb Japan in the future.

栗原海軍大佐は日本がいくら嘘を言っても何等戦局には変化を與える事が出来ないという事を知っていながら将来の强力なアメリカ軍の内地爆撃に対する辯解を作ろうと細工をしたのです。

While knowing that no matter how many lies Japan told, it would not be able to change the course of the war, Captain Kurihara worked to create an excuse for the future bombing of Japan by the powerful American military.

これらの飛行機は君達の指導者が台湾沖で沈めたと主張している航空母艦より飛んで来たのです。

These planes originated from the aircraft carriers that your leaders claim to have sunk off the coast of Taiwan.

これで十月中に一隻の航空母艦も沈められなかったという事が判るでしょう。

Now you know that not a single aircraft carrier was sunk during October.
