右の言葉を復唱してよく覚えこみ給え。

Please recite the words on the right and memorize them well.

役に立つ時が来るから。

Because there will come a time when it will be useful.

負傷したり病気になったり行倒れになったりして退却中の日本軍から取残された時、「愛されんだあ！」の言葉を使い給へ。

When left behind when wounded, ill, or collapsed by retreating Japanese troops, use the words, “I am loved!” [The phonetic spelling of “I surrender” is a homophone for the passive form of the verb “to love” in Japanese]

言葉は単に戦闘を中止したと云う意味だから、英軍部隊がやって来たらはっきりとそれを呼び給え。

The word simply means that the battle has ceased, so when the UK troops arrive, call them out clearly.

英軍は諸君に医薬を与へ食事もさせて諸君の戦友数千名が暮している後方収容所へ送り戦争終結まで国際法の保護下に諸君を護る。

The UK military will give you medicine and food, send you to a rear camp where thousands of your comrades-in-arms are living under the protection of international law until the end of the war.

日本の好戦主義政府が打倒された暁には諸君も安心して日本へ帰る事が出来る。

When the war-mongering government of Japan is overthrown, you can return to Japan in peace.
